This project was completely customized for our client, from the hand-mixed paint color to the final upholstery details.
The Desk
Our customer wanted the painted finish of her desk to coordinate beautifully with her existing curtains, so we custom mixed the paint color specifically for her space. The detailed trim was highlighted with a soft pearl metallic finish, while the original hardware was refreshed in an elegant gold finish.
To add warmth and contrast, we stripped and refinished the desktop in a rich dark walnut stain, allowing the beauty of the wood to become part of the new design.
The Chair
We gave the coordinating office chair a complete custom upholstery makeover. The tufted front was upholstered in luxurious white faux fur and finished with sparkling crystal buttons.
For contrast and texture, we upholstered the chair back and arm sections in a pearl-white metallic faux crocodile, then added crystal nailhead trim along the arms for an extra touch of glamour.
The finished combination is completely one-of-a-kind—custom refinished, custom upholstered, and designed specifically for our client’s home.
